Announcing The Oistrach Symphony Orchestra “Triple Play”: Win-Win-Win
We are excited to announce a new offer especially for those people who have shown their support for the Oistrach Symphony Orchestra. We believe that our current supporters are the best advocates for the Oistrach Symphony and may also know other like-minded people who would support our mission.
If a current donor refers someone to the Oistrach Symphony and after the referred person also makes a donation between now and the end of the 2010-2011 season (August, 31, 2011), everyone wins:
- Current donors win; for each donation who names a current donor as a referrer, that donor will receive a “thank you” award based on the size of the donation:
- Up to $300: One free family ticket (good for up to 5 people) to any concert in the Oistrach Symphony’s 2011-2012 season
- $300-$1,200: A special video created specifically for this campaign and only available to qualified referrers, featuring Oistrach Symphony members performing some of their favorite pieces
- Over $1,200: The opportunity to have a performance by members of the Oistrach Symphony in your home at an event and date of your choosing - New donors win; individual members of the Board of the Oistrach Symphony have agreed to match any donations we receive from referrals up to a total amount of $2,000, potentially doubling the impact of your generous gift.
- The Oistrach Symphony wins; we are in the process of planning a Fall concert, the first one ever for the Symphony, and any donations we receive will allow us to do more in terms of pieces, musicians, venues, or performances and help us achieve our mission.
To take part in this program, all you need to do is refer people you know who might be interested in supporting the arts in general and the Oistrach Symphony in particular to the Oistrach Symphony website, where they can learn more about our mission and history.
Donations are being accepted online (through the Donate Now button in the Get Involved section) or through the mail (checks should be made out to “Oistrach Symphony Orchestra” and sent to 2506 N. Clark Street, Unit 252 Chicago, IL 60614).
When making a donation online, donors should fill their referrer’s name in the “Add special instructions to the seller” textbox. When paying by check, donors can note their referrer in the memo section of check. We will take care of the rest!
All donations received by August 31, 2011 will qualify for this program. Thank you for your continued support.
